Convenient to MSU; friendly staff; spacious room and lobby; nice coffee shop

Bar closes at 10 pm, too early. The light switches in the room are not in convenient locations. The only way to turn on a light when you open the door is to walk over to the desk and find the switch on the lamp. Also, the desk needs additional power outlets, since people carry multiple devices that need to be charged.

Perfect for 1 night stay. If staying longer would like microwave & small refrigerator in room.

I am from the Springfield area originally and am familiar with John Q Hammonds and University Plaza. This location is centrally located and is always clean and comfortable and has an excellent breakfast meal.
