Staff was very nice. Public areas were very clean.

Pool hours conflicted with conference hours in that the pool and work out areas did not open early enough or stay open long enough to utilize them.However, they looked very well kept clean,and inviting.

Breakfast was very good compared to other chains. Dinner at the wedding reception was very well organized, servers were efficient. Room was clean.

Unfortunately the heating element failed in the room unit around midnight. It got pretty cold in the room after that. Receptioness talked too much at checkin, should be more business like, people were waiting for help. I thought poor directions to checkin door when arriving by car. Need a big sign to direct cars to the reception door.
