The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The WiFi at the hotel was terrible I couldnt connect to it half the time and when I did I had to be in the hallways to use it.

Very friendly check-in person.
I do believe it was my best hotel experience ever ! such nice people at front desk, in restaurant... everywhere I went, smiles, friendliness, helpfulness. They all deserve gigantic raises ! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The heater did not work, so the room was damp and chilly. The coffee pot had coffee grounds left from the previous occupant.

The room was disgustingly dirty, from the floor in the living room to finding dog poop on the floor of the closet. On complaint, the staff offered to clean the room. Sorry, but with a 15 month old crawling around we couldn't take a chance on him eating something he found on the floor. There was a cigarette butt that disintegrated to shreds, and other little round dark things. We were shocked!.
