Made reservations 6 weeks early. Hotel called day of stay and said they were not informed we needed a handicap room and there was not one available.They would hopefully have a cancellation and be able to accomadate us. When we arrived we were given a hadicap room. Have used this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. Great Hotel even under privious ownership. WE will use again and again

We had a most comfortable bed and for a basement room the noise was at a minimum and it was still a very nice room. The room had everything we needed. A very pleasant stay and the choices at breakfast were great.
When we arrived and were told that we had no choice in rooms and we had booked a basement room, I tried to explain that on the site it did not seem like we had a choice. I was not happy to be in the basement, but it turned out just fine. The little refrigerator had a noisy compressor and kept making noises through out the night. Other than that the stay was pleasant and we would do it again.

My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of the suite and services provided. Very upgraded for a $100.00 a night accommodation. And the complimentary breakfast was delicious and varied. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.
