Ease of checking in, staff very pleasant.
After I checked in with a very pleasant young woman, I asked the best location to park my car. The other receptionist asked to see my key card and then said out loud, "oh room 310, etc.etc. don't think announcing a room number is the best safety feature for anyone, much less a woman traveling alone.
