Room was so comfortable

My last stay was on January 26th which was my Birthday. I had recently stayed before that on New Years Eve. The service was great then and even better on my birthday. I was so impressed by how the gentleman at check-in was so willing to make my stay amazing for my Birthday. I am terrible with names but he did a great job. After checking into my Deluxe King Suite I realized that it was not the same floor plan I had previously stayed in and being that I would be entertaining some before going out for the evening the floor space was important. I felt horrible asking because the young man who checked me went above and beyond to get me a beautiful city view on the 20th floor. But no surprise he again as well as his fellow co-worker went above and beyond to get me the exact same room I stayed in on New Years. The rooms are beautiful and spacious.The service is incredible. Even the shuttle driver was great! I definitely will be staying again! I live in Spokane, but the tower has become my little home away from home! Please give lots of kudos to those gentlemen who took such great care of me on my special day.

Not a complaint at all but I was surprised when I was not able to order breakfast from room service the next morning. I was able to order breakfast around the same time on New Years. So I assumed this was a daily schedule. But this was more of an oversight on my part and I had not checked the menu to see the meal times. The food that I did order was great though and room service was quick.
