The pillows and the airport shuttle
The front counter and the bathroom sink counter were way too high for me! I could barely sign in at the front desk or spit properly into the sink. Really uncomfortable for a short person.

The staff was the best we have ever had!. The pool was awesome, and the breakfast fit for champions.
Ask if there is a convention happening at the hotel before you book. Groups of people tend to hang out in one person's room...and you might be next to them.
