We had a problem with the bath in our room, but we were changed to a better room at no extra charge. The problem was corrected very quickly.
At check-in there was only one staff on and a line formed, so it took longer than usual.

Facility is quite worn & clearly showing it's age. Have someone take a picture of the bar inside the shower & send it to you, it shows a giant crack in the surround that has been sadly glued & doesn't instill any type of confidence with respect to having to rely on it in case of a slip. Bathroom is way out of date, all fixtures too close to floor and entirely too small. Pillows on bed were more like lumpy bags. Very sad excuse for a room.

Good food!
Cold, the heater only blew cool air around not hot! We finally turned it off. The keys would not get us in. We had to have them done at least 6 times and they never did work! Very cold in the entrance that we had to use to get to the second floor. Freezing in there. We had to open at least 4 heavy doors to get to our room! No elevator or easy access stairwell!

THE LOCATION.
POOR POOL DESIGN.
POOR ENTRANCE FOR RESERVATIONS. WHEN I MENTIONED THIS TO STAFF THEY BECAME DEFENSIVE.
HOTEL WAS VERY DATED. NEEDS GOOD PAINT JOB AND FACELIFT.

I like that it's clean, comforatable, attractive, employees are professional. I especially like that I feel safe there. Side doors are locked, well lit at night outside, employees at front desk keep an eye on things at night.
