Proximity to the airport and free shuttle service.
Broken ice machine on third floor. Had to go to second to get ice.

The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The hotel was also pet friendly which was awesome since I had my parrot with us.
The in room dining experience was horrible. The service is not actually affiliated with the hotel, but they should seriously consider dropping the company that provides this service. The food came stone cold, as if had never been heated, quality of taste was despicable, and the order came incomplete. The way they wanted to make it up was to give a gift certificate...as if I would ever want any more food from them.
