The first room key my wife opened the door to find it occupied with a gentleman thankfully alone and fully dressed. This hotel could improve on their complimentary appetizers and food. And we waited one hour at the the airport for the shuttle which should have appeared every half hour.

The property was very close to the airport and the airport shuttle runs often.
The hotel is in need of renovations. The bathroom was dirty and the tub kept backing up.

Excellent location and a helpful staff. We especially appreciated the work of Dino, your "midnight plummer."
We had a very small room with many problems and paid the highest price for this room of all rooms we stayed in during our 2-week + trip from Fort Worth to San Francisco. Not only was this the most expensive room we stayed in, it was the only one in which we incurred major maintenance problems. It was the most expensive room we stayed in during our trip and also the room I consider to be the "poorest value" for my dollar.
