The room is nicely appointed

The mattress and cover were very uncomfortable. The mattress was exceptionally hard and the cover (bedspread) exceedingly heavy. Also, your pillows are very small. why not have king size pillows for a king size bed?

Everything was satisfactory. I slept well. The complementary breakfast was nice. The omlette guy was missing, but there was plenty of other good food. I usually eat too much anyway.

The Pool because of the Grandchildren.

The food looked appealing but was bland, and under home fries under cooked . Rooms appeared to be downsized.

Excellent food

One of the engineers went out and purchased an item that made it easier for my husband to use the bathroom. (a seat to make the toilet higher)

I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN JAIL BUT HOTELS MUST BE SIMILAR TO JAILS: 1) YOU ARE TOLD WHEN TO COME AND WHEN TO LEAVE 2) NEED A KEY EVERYWHERE YOU GO , POOL ELEVATOR ETC 3) THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD. I HAD STUFFED HADDOCK THAT MUST HAVE BEEN PREVIOUSLY COOKED AND THEN REHEATED BUT NOT COMPLETELY. IT WAS ADEQUATE. LAST YEAR I HAD THE TURKEY AND WAS NOT HAPPY. 4) LIKE ALL OTHER HOTELS, THEY WERE BUILT AND THEN SOMEONE THOUGHT OF THE HVAC SYSTEM, SO THEY SUCK IT IN !! THE RESULT, EVERY 15-30 HEAT CAME ON, WOKE ME UP AND THEN WAS ON FOR A SHORT TIME AND SHUT THEN I GO BACK TO SLEEP FOR ANOTHER 15-30 MINUTES. NOT GOOD !! 5) THERE IS ONLY SEAT IN THE ROOM. NO GOOD EASY CHAIRS !! WOULD I RECOMMEND IT ?? SURE ! NO BETTER OR WORSE THAN OTHERS !! RICK DONOVAN 781-329-1690-23

I was not impressed! The facility could have been much cleaner. Our room smelled of mold (strong) as we walked in. There were dirty dishes with food left in the hallways for over 12 hours (many dishes). For the price... NEVER again.
