Location is fantastic.
Could not open our curtains for light due to the pool directly outside our door. Felt it would be and onvasion of privacy to those lying beside the pool and/or to us in our room

I can see that the staff works very hard. I had an issue with my toilet, maintenance was there within 2 minutes and had the issue resolved within 10 minutes. My housekeeper was the best ever!!!

Location, view from balcony, friendly helpful staff.
WiFi did not work well in room, had to sit in lobby to use computer.

Lo major q me gusto fueron las habitaciones y el restaurant como tambien el servicio del personal muy atentos
Lo que no me gusto fue la tv no se miraban ciertos canales y solo eran 44 canales de los cuales 10 no se miraban

The staff at Hilton Garden are exceptionL. Their level of service is beyond extrordinary. The room was comfortable. The staff always had it clean when we returned to our hotel in the Eve. The meals were good and offered variety. Good access to the beach.
