It had a roof. The staff was very helpful with directions.
The hotel smelled bad, like a locker room or musty. The airconditioner didn't work at all nor did the remote for the tv.

Rest in the room despite near the shipyard and the church.

It was close to the airport.
No pool. No breakfast. Bathroom fan is extremely noisy and annoying. Towels are old and tired. CNN on the TV has no sound. The clock didn't work. Some lights didn't work.

Not very clean - everything worn - is under construction so this could change. Had to lift my door up to get the dead bolt to work

The location was perfect for us, it was only 10 minutes away from family residence and the breakfast was okay!.
After we were moved to a room that had proper heating then the couple next door was very loud and I was unable to rest the last night. House keeping can be improved big time.
