Cozy Room and pretty lobby.
Rude kids in the pool with rude parents but I am not sure the hotel can do much about that.

The carpet, especially throughout the hotel, is in bad need of replacement. Made the whole place look shabby. The hotel needs a lot of updating overall. Needs sound proofing. The bed was way too high -- hard to get in and out of.

Friendliness, location,
There was a storm and after that the ceiling leaked and parts of it fell in. I contacted the front desk and they did offer to move us to another room but it was late at night. The maintenance man did come up and look at it and determined it probably would not leak unless it rained again. I went to the front desk the next morning and they apoligized and did offer to let me move but seemed rather put out about the matter.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.
It was extremely busy and crowded, so the breakfast staff couldn't keep up.
