The friendliness and availability of all personnel. Its location in the resort. It is quiet, no noise in the hallways. The buffets are nice especially the breakfast.

The room we were given had a chaffagequine arriving broken and leaking when you wanted to start. They knew as a heating point was made. However, when we reported an absence of heating they made the surprise. To their advantage we assigned another room without any difficulty.

All staff very attentive. Very good service and of course the proximity to lift a luxury. It was a wonderful stay. I congratulate all staff who assisted us in the hotel, from reception to the lady who cleaned the rooms, Marina, supercariñosa and patient with my small, the waiters and waitresses in the dining room.
