The staff were very helpful and accommodating, I needed an extra room, and they got me a great deal. Also the main reason I choose the V Hotel is it's location, which is has lots of amenities near by.

The hotel is really well located, close to some of the best areas of Singapore. The room was comfortable and clean, with great amenities provided.
Sometimes it could be a little loud, with people making noise in the corridors. That being said, I was a transit passenger and trying to sleep during the day.

酒店的地理位置好，就餐、购物方便；环境清洁，员工服务规范。
电气控制按钮位置不方便。淋浴室太小了点。

The hotel is very clean.
Yes. we did not find soap at the bathroom. Also, We were disturbed when the cleaners came to clean the room in the evening. Rooms should be cleaned only in the morning or when the guests are out.
