Principale raison de choisir JEN Singapore Orchardgateway by Shangri-La: Emplacement
Impressions of the hotel start the moment you walk through the door, the reception staff were delightful, very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was well appointed, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and the MRT is just an elevator ride away. Breakfast was lovely with so much choice. The facilities throughout the hotel were mostly all good and well presented and thought out.
We were booked into a club level room and on the whole the club lounge was a comfortable add on to our experience. There was however limited choice at breakfast and the afternoon tea.
