Great location, friendly staff, breakfast have good selection of food. Room is little small, bed is very comfortable , will come back again.

The location of Ibis Singapore On Bencoolen suited us perfectly. Close to local markets at Bugis Street and heaps of closely situated electronic stores. A myriad of eating options and very close to bus and train public transport - so you could go where you like (buy an MRT day pass).
Noise at night and early morning was an issue by disturbing sleep. This was attributed to inconsiderate people staying on the same floor. Talking loudly and squealing children being allowed to run up and down the hall late at night and early morning.

Everything we wanted for a three day stop over in Singapore. Efficient friendly staff, comfortable well maintained room. From the first greeting by the doorman when we arrived to our departure, storing our bags after checkout for a late flight back and the hospitality room that allowed us to freshen up before the flight after checkout the experience was excellent! Good value and we used the restaurant twice and had good meals there too. Many thnaks!

Washing and drying machines at reasonable prices. Ice available for guests. The most helpful staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in.
A swimming pool Wouk have been nice.
