The only things I liked about the hotel were: 1. location to bus stop and MRT. 2. the friendly and helpful staff. 3. the firm bed and soft pillows.
I did not like the smell of the room-smelled like B.O. and that there's no cable TV, I don't mind small hotel rooms and even if your bathroom floor has no tub or shower room, but they must be clean. Your wooden floor looked and felt dirty to my bare feet, and your doormats to the bathroom are (terrible). I will even donate money to you so you can buy new ones. Your room hours are deceiving: check in is at 3pm and check out is 12nn.

The chinese restaurants, the MRT is closeby and the busses
The neigbourhood is pretty shabby. Not scary or dangerous, but what a real downside is of the hotel, is that the rooms are rented by the hour, so the noise during the whole night of comming and going prostitutes was pretty bad and for a few nights we could not sleep that well. At night/ evening for woman travellers travelling by them selves, I can not reconmended it at all

Cleaning, prolixity and care of the rooms and common areas (reception, corridors and elevators) and the proper functioning of the facilities: lighting, AA, faucets, etc. I think we paid a fair price promotion, but if they keep the same price , comparing with other hotels in this category in Singapore, the price / quality ratio is very good.
The rooms are small. The rooms were very clean but had the odd hair in the bed blankets. Le refrigerator add to the rooms.

Central to local people and atmosphere of area
No fridge, not for mini bar services just personal use,but for the price of the rooms we understand why you don't have one in each room, and you need a safe at reception for valuables on extended stay people

A very clean and comfortable hotel for the price and in a handy location. The only thing that did not work was the air conditioner which made it a bit hot & stuffy.
