The staff were absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to make us happy - I would single out Mary and Cristalyn - they were simply magnificent. We will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to our friends

The room was beautiful to view. The bed was comfortable. A rich and varied breakfast. The staff are generally patient and polite.
One of the receptionists angolját could not understand everyone else pronunciation was understandable. The bellboy around at night on arrival. felhozatalával half an hour waiting for the bags, which for a tired traveler, before going to bed too long. I love the room, if you have a comfortable chair, this one was not quite comfortable. I came in by bus from the airport, but manager forgot to accommodation which arrive and another one made it, this is probably the background of two similar, but the name is unclear.

Prompt reaction to complaints
Wet floor in room from leaky AC.
No soap in bathroom.
Remote for TV needed new batteries.
Main phone didn't work as when maid cleaned room she did not replace the phone in the bathroom properly. Maintenance on coming to the room said this was a common occurrance.

At lunch, we placed an order, we got a completely different dish. During the breakfast had a servant carrying a tray which was crowded with cups and saucers behind my chair. The plates were flying around my legs, etc. with minor wounds. It was not meteeen cleared and there is no excuses to put the accident.
