This was only an overnight stay but the hotel was perfect for what we needed, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is ideal. The room was very well equipped and comfortable. Check in was quick and efficient, the staff were polite and helpful. Check out could not have been made any easier.
This only a VERY small point but it would have been very useful to have a light in the alcove next to the wardrobe., there is a brilliant bench for your suitcase but light is limited to see into your suitcase. It is however a very small point.

Liked everything, awesome service & so friendly & so convenient staying at the airport. A little far to travel into the city ect but no drama, enjoyed the rides in the cab(drivers are so informative & friendly), buses & MRT.

Very convenient and eliminates the drive to down town hotels.
Always a high standard.
A little more lighting at the check in desk might be a good idea. At night you could supply torches.
