Staff were especially cheerful and very helpful, going beyond the call of duty to help me set up a Power Point presentation. Lonnie is to be commended; he stayed the course and was of great assistance. The receptionist, restaurant server, house keepers, and office staff were equally pleasant and willing to lend a hand.

Front desk staff was pleasant and friendly, the girl in the coffee stand was very nice. We had a leak in the sink drain and maintenance was up immediately. Room was nice and clean.
The resturant was horrible, I went down and ordered take out breakfast. The servers were unattentive and distant, the food took forever (I waited at least 30 mins) and was all just thrown into a weird cardboard box and piled on top of other foods. It was way overpriced, the portions were small, and the toast that it was supposed to come with was not there, but by the time I noticed we were already back in the room and did not want to go wait another 20 minutes for toast. (When I arrived in the resturant they only had 2 or 3 tables with customers)
