The breakfast was great! The swimming was nice too. The cookies fantastic.

You could use a few umbrellas around the pool area, not much shade.

The staff was very warm and friendly. The hot cookies at 4 PM each day were a plus. The breakfast was quite good, with lots of options.

My husband missed his daily yogurt.

The smile that Vivek gave us during our initial and subsequent meetings was priceless!!! The room was cozy, close to our reason for being in SV. The property's architecture is refreshing and welcoming. Surprisingly, the in-room coffee was pretty good!!!

Unfortunately, there is. I believe there needs to be 2 or more breakfast attendants. The one lady was not enough to serve the demand of the amount of breakfast goers. She was busy and working, but the table chatter will reinforce my statements. the coffee ran dry, the dirty dishes piled up in the bin, at one point there were no plates out and I used a bowl instead. I just felt empathy for this lonely worker; although she seemed to show NO signs of defeat, she was unfairly behind.

Front desk staff, morning buffet

Well the cleaning staff was overall good but left used glasses of beverages. Nice people, clean bedding.
