The sea view room and the fact they allow dogs.
We have stayed here many times before, but both my wife and I came home with lots of bug bites on our legs, back and arms. We were very surprised to have this happen as this hotel is beyond clean, it is insanely clean and well maintained. The room we stayed in needs to be deep cleaned or the mattress replaced

Staff. Extremely helpful.
The bar and restaurant were closed for a staff function. We were not made aware of this at the time of booking. It would have been nice to know as we could have made a reservation at another restaurant. We were looking forward to a meal at the Pier.

Absolute perfect location to get away during a very busy business week. Spectacular hotel with all the amenities needed. Dining at its finest with restaurant in the hotel and others a short 5 min walk
I was up late one night for work purposes and requested fron the front desk if I could have tea to help relax. They wouldn't bring it to my room so I had to go to the front desk to retrieve my tea. A little disappointed as the person was watching tv in the back room and left the tea and sugar in a cup at the front desk.
