Was able to get into room early
YEs. I complained to the Hotel. TV did not work. Bathroom door would not close. At 6:30am water was dripping into the room into an open suitcase with clothes.

Price, location, efficient snow removal, although it resulted in being woken up by snow plough grinding around the car park in the early hours
Being woken at 12.36 a.m. by false fire alarm triggered by some kid mucking about with alarm, dog barking as a result and then regularly throughout the night, "grab bag" breakfast which was so minimalist as to be almost non existent

Polite, helpful and professional staff who were really accommodating after I spent day in high heat & humidity moving out of my home. They were very welcoming. The in-room kitchen allowed me to save money and use food from the house I moved from instead of throwing it away. The price of room for what it offered was perfect for my budget!
They hotel was going through renovations so water in my room wasn't available most of my first day here. I had limited use of water again on my 3rd day and possibly my last day in room so I was unable to shower, clean up, etc.
