Baymont by Wyndham Shakopee

Very nice and clean place to stay!

We wish the rooms all had mini fridges for are food and drinks.

It was close to Mystic Lake. Went there for a concert

When we needed to call the front desk due to loud noise in the hallways during the wee hours of the morning, the staff took care of the problem immediately. Pool hours were enforced with staff members coming around to be sure the rules were followed. The breakfast was excellent! Great variety and good tasting.

The fitness center did not have drinking water or towels available in the morning. Regardless of the temperature in the room on the poolside, the room was humid.

The Continental breakfast poolside was great. The location was perfect for going to the snocross races atr Canterbury. See ya next year!!

Easy location off the highway

The little suite refrigerator was so full of frost we could not stand a bottle of champagne up in it. The bath fan come on with the light and was so noisy you couldn't here yourself think. I took the fan cover off and found it was so clogged with dust it wasn't even sucking air out. I somewhat removed some dust and wouldn't hold a tissue on the cover a normal test of a household exhaust fan. The Leinie lodge was recommended as a place to get a beer and burger ha that place is so greasy the tables were greasy the floor was slippery with grease. We walked in and walked out. the Arizona steakhouse was abandoned at 8:30 nobody to even tell us they closed at 9:00 pm WHAT? We had a suite that is just a room with the bath separating two small rooms and while it says no smoking the hall was full of cigarette stench. Thank God for security as a very intoxicated male was trying to get up stairs and wasn't a guest was stopped promptly and sent packing. Continental breakfast poolside sounds good, cold food,small little wick heaters under chaffing dishes, had plenty of food and juice, not supervised. The ceiling fans are filthy in pool are and you can see cracks and mold by the skylight windows above pool area on drywall. This motel need to have a Minnesota Health Inspection done as I'm sure mold is growing in ductwork my sinuses immediately reacted to bad air in motel.

Location to dining and shopping. Was host to event that brought us to Shakopee.

In need of renovations, fixtures dated and bathroom door was peeling. Faucets were showing wear and the hallway smelled of tobacco even though rooms were smoke free.

Staff and waitress in bar, everyone was nice

The breakfast was excellent and the exit was close to my room. The pool area was also very nice and well kept.
