Regal Riverside Hotel

The helpfulness of all the staff, plus although i didn't use the hotels facilities i could see they had several to offer. Free wi-fi is something thar they should consider offering to all their customers.

Expensive to get on-line for an hour compared to other places, especially when i stayed in the Chung King Mansions and they offered free wi-fi for a room less than half-the-price of the Regal Riverside Hotel.

Bed is big enough and comfortable check in at i club is convenient

The room is too small. Very narrow. The blind does not blind enough The concourse is too crowded, with tourist lined up and they are very noisy

I like the size of the room and the staff were very helpful. The fitness center was also really nice.

I did not like the fact that the hotel did not offer free internet or a cheaper internet package. Even hostels are offering free wireless internet so a hotel like Regal should be doing it...it would really put the hotel over the top.

Needs new carpets.

The noise from the hall and the adjacent room were disturbing at 2 a.m. on Sunday Morning. At one time or another during the last 3 stays, we did not receive a king bed as requested, internet was not free as promised, shower head was broken during the whole stay so it had to be held in the hand,and swim facilites were unavailable. We have stayed 5X in the last 5 months; we will not stay again.

Good value for money in comparison to most hotels in Hong Kong

(1) Area of room was at most 19m², no where near the 31m² promised at booking. (2) River-facing of the room was also promised at booking but reception staff ignored this condition at check-in without consultation. I had to complain and insist, and finally the Hotel complied. (3) Fellow guests were mostly from tour groups from mainland China. Some showed little consideration for other guests, especially in the volume of their talking while passing the corridors, and also some would open their doors and shout across to their pals in the next rooms. The Hotel made little attempt in controlling/improving these disturbances

I stayed 4 days in Rm 15016. The room is very comfortable.

I was told by a staff who worked at the information desk that there were 2 IPs using the internet in my room while I had only one notebook and I used the wired internet provided in the room. The staff insisted to ask me pay for the 2 IPs though I expained several times that I had only one notebook.

The spacious room area and the nice, quiet location.
