Hotel conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the historic center by car access difficult due to the many one way streets but parking of the hotel located right side of this last (only available for medium sized vehicles) Bel Lotel high tech -

Location is really good: in the middle of town, 2 minutes walk from the cathedral and still a very quiet spot. The only thing that put us off was the total absence of customer orientation of the staff, besides Manuel the bartender! We were travelling 2 adults and 1 baby with lots of stuff. The staff came to check on us in the parking garage and left again, without helping us with the luggage. We were clearly struggling in the hotel in front of the reception with all of our luggage, but no help being offered. They switched the airco from cooling to heating only and guests were not informed. We needed cooling in our room, as it was a very hot place in the hotel (don't know why). They didn't inform us of this, we found out the hard way and got this confirmed afterwards. For the rest, an excellent place, good room, good location. I would still recommend this hotel, because of the excellent location and the good rooms. Including free of charge laptop with broadband.
