The location, the friendliness of the gal at the front desk. The price!
The lasagne in the hotel restaurant was average. The floors in the hallway seemed dirty and old. The underground garage was creepy.

Hotel is zwaar verouderd ingericht en is toe aan een facelift. Ruimte kamer, personeel, ontbijt zeer goed.

The bed.
One bedroom wall was dirty bare plaster having been stripped of wallpaper. The room was certainly not inviting and comfortable at all.
