The lady at the reception desk does not seem to know what she is doing, on more than one ocasion she gave information that turned out to be wrong; on our last day we requestd her to book a taxi to take us to the airport at 5.45 AM, she DID NOT tell us that she was not able to do it so we ended having a nightmare getting to the airport, and almost lost our flight. Two of the electrical outlets shorted when we tried to connect our voltage converters, NO warning signs.

Spacious room and very clean - located in criminal area were stones are thrown over the fence of the swimming pool
Spacious room and clean hotel
The swimming pool was closed one day after our arrival - this was not specifically mentioned in de hotel information - seems to be located in a criminal neightbourhood as pieces of concrete were thrown over the fence of the swimming pool where people were sunbading.
