Nice room good breakfast

Pool/jacuzzi spa not operational

My partner and me had the room with the hot tub in it... Very relaxing and nice way to fall asleep when you are done...

The staff was pleasant. Location was easy to reach from highway.

The facility had a major water leak before we arrived. The lobby was locked and boarded up. They had a sign that stated- we are open and pointed to the left. We entered thru the hall way and the temporary lobby was in the conference/ breakfast room. The staff was pleasant and explained they had a water main break but they were open for business. They did not have a key to our room but let us in ( a young man was re-keying the rooms ) Our room had stains in the carpet and the smoke detector had plastic hanging off it ( must have just put in a new one ) The room next to ours did not have a door handle on it - the 2nd day we were there, they put a padlock on it ! They were working on repairing the lobby when we were there. To get to the vending machine, you had to go thru a piece of vinal with an opening.... Richard Hosack

We were there during the week and it was nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable

A dog that barked. Toilets so low you are almost sitting on the floor. You should install grab bars there and in bathtub

There was no hot water to take a shower at 10:30pm - had to shower with cold water.

The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. The towel bar in the bathroom kept falling off the wall. The shower curtain smelled of mold. The furniture was pretty banged up. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The tv remote was held together with tape. Really can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable, although our beds were a bit hard. The water pressure in the shower was better than most hotels. At just over $50 per night, this hotel was a very good value. If you are looking for luxury, pay more and stay at a different hotel. For us, we were in Sequim for two nights and since we were out all day, we were glad we chose Holiday Plaza Sequim Inn & Suites.

We had a room on the first floor, which was good since there were no elevators. The downside is that we must have had a family staying in the room above us so their foot prints were a bit noisy until they went to sleep.

Morning make-your-own waffles!!!!! The housekeeper was super friendly & nice!

The pool & hot tub area was very exposed to the public (big "viewing window") and the hot tub only had 2 of it's jets turned on for energy saving? The pool closed at 10pm. Also, breakfast ended too early @ 10am.
