Die gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Manhattan. Betten sauber und gute Matratzen
Ja, Sauberkeit im Zimmer als auch auf den Aussefluren mehr als mangelhaft. Obwohl für 3 Personen gebucht, wurden nur 2 Sets Handtücher bereitgestellt und das an allen Tagen. 3.Satz musste generell an der Rezeption selbst abgeholt werden. Zimmersafe nur gegen Gebühr nutzbar. Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt, obwohl angeblich alle neu renoviert. Lampenlicht am Bett defekt bei Einzug. Erst nach 2 maliger Aufforderung repariert bzw. neue Birne eingeschraubt. War bereits letztes Jahr im gleichen Hotel. Qualität hat riesig nachgelassen. Managementwechsel?

SERVICIO PESIMO. LIMPIEZA MUY ESCASA, LAS CAMAS SIMPLEMENTE ESTIRADAS, NO LIMPIARON SUELO NINGUN DIA Y EL BAÑO LO JUSTO. NO REPETIRE.
