The roof! Great place to take your own cocktails and enjoy the view. Good location. Easy access to Seattle Center and Spacertainly Ctr.

Better advertisement of what Waterview room is about. We had Waterview but also rooftop view. Just an expectation thing. Not a turnoff. Lots of homeless on streets, but other hotels issue.

It was close to the Pier where our ship would be leaving from, but not in the best part of town. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is not in a very good area of Seattle; however, the clerk at the hotel told us of a wonderful restaurant for breakfast. The Toulouse Restaurant is an excellent place for breakfast and they give you plenty to eat.

This was the best hotel experience I have had in years. The staff was helpful, professional, and caring, The hotel was clean and comfortable, with excellent linens, down comforters, and large, fluffy towels, I didn't really believe all the bottled water you could drink was included in the room price, but it is. I ran out at 2am and the desk clerk brought up two extra bottles so I wouldn't have to leave my room. I asked for and received late check-out without the slightest hesitation. This is my Seattle hotel fron now on! BTW - great restaurants easy walking distance; everything from Creole to Mexican, Sushi, and a market with organic everything for meals in your room.

Check in was extremely long. No warmth. Treated like a number. I stay all over tge unuted states and canada and this was an odd stay

Good news, I was able to switch to a room with a/c the next day.

Not all of the rooms have a/c due to the moderate climate of Seattle. Unfortunately it was over 90 degrees on 9/11/2013 and I found sleeping very difficult.

The stay was great and the staff very friendly--would stay there again.

There was no air conditioning. Even with the windows open, the room was stuffy and too warm.

Close to many restaurants.
