Main reason for choosing Hotel Theodore: Location
Love the Art Deco decor of this hotel. It's really clean, and the staff is very professional and accommodating.
As I was checking out, they tried to charge me for a list of "incidentals." Services like wifi and an exercise room that other hotels include with the room price. To the staff's credit, I didn't have to protest much to have this $20 per day fee waived. As I said before, the staff and service was amazing.

Main reason for choosing Hotel Theodore: Location
The location and the staff were most helpful.
It was not convenient for me because there was no breakfast in the hotel and I had not been made aware of that beforehand. I am diabetic and had to walk to get breakfast. If I had known I could have been more prepared.

The room needed a new carpet. It was not as clean as it could have been.
