The children loved the pool.
No microwave or refrigerator in our room. The fan rattled all night.

Being able to drive to Chicago the night b4 a trip, park the car for 7 days, shuttle too and from airport, and the food is excellent.
We rented a movie, Olympus Has Fallen, picture was very grainy, guy came up to adjust to no avail, but we watched it anyway, gave us a slight headache.

The bed was very comfortable and clean.
The hotel clerk who checked us in first was not very friendly. Importantly, we almost missed the airport shuttle, as we did not receive the wake up call at 4am that we requested upon arrival at the hotel. However, the clerk in the am, was apologetic.

The front desk person, Lisa, was very nice and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the morning breakfast was ok.
We had to wait for some time for the hotel van to pick us up... over 40 minutes at 4:00 a.m. in the morning. We called the hotel to let them know we were waiting. The driver finally showed up 45 minutes later.. we were absolutely exhausted and not happy.
