The bar did not have convenient hours...........sign said open at 11am yet the bartender was not very accommodating while I sat on a chair waiting for service. Overall, most of the bartenders were a little condescending and not real friendly...... Our last night, the hotel was overcome by "hundreds" of kids running and screaming up and down the halls (on 3rd floor.) I was glad to be leaving the next morning.

The hotel was recently rehabbed. Looks were beautiful, but had a mildew/mold problem that was evident in most rooms on the top floors. Had to be moved to a hypo-allergenic room which was slightly better. Had air circulater or some kind of ionizer behind wall columns on main floor to try to cover the smell.For being rehabbed the hotel is just covering up the problem instead of fixing the underlying problems. Thumbs down!

The bathroom was cleaned, but the towels were not provided until I asked for
The rate of international calls was very high. I called Japan from my room around 10:30am and talked one minute 31 seconds. I was charged $27.71 for this call. The hotel staff would not give me the breakdown for the charge such as call rate, tax rates, and so on. All she said to me was the charge depended on many factors. She did not tell me about anything about those factors.

The bathrooms are too small It was smaller than any Marriot we stayed in. We called the front desk for a second chair in the room. The refrigerator was sitting on the floor, as kew, no table under it. We liked the mattresses . We called the desk for a replacement lampshade. They were both broked. They did replace those and brought us one more chair.
