The hotel was. In a good location with convent access to dining and shopping.
The hotel was not very clean and there was a foul odor close to the elevator.
Tha mattress was not comfortable at all.

Every time we asked for assistance, the staff was ready to help. The HIE was within walking distance of several restaurants, too.
Not necessarily the fault of HIE, but it must be a pet friendly hotel, which is good for pet owners but not so great for us. On our last night, guests with dogs were in the next room, and the dog(s) barked for a very long time as we were trying to get settled down to sleep for the evening.

We had an one king-size-bed bedroom. It was roomy and well furnished. The comfort and cleanliness were up to par as a hotel should be. The location well suit us.
It was a bit pricy, and lots loud door slamming and children running in the morning. It's not a good place to stay if one wants to stay up late and sleep in in the morning.
