Main reason for choosing Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah/Midtown: Location
The hotel is fine but we did not stay there because they never got the reservation from you. When I called them, 12 hours after making the reservation, I was told they had no record of the reservation. We will never use Hotel One again.

The suite rooms were clean and spacious. The parking is free in a covered garage next to the hotel. The AC was fairly quiet for a hotel room. We've stayed there several times and would stay there again.

Main reason for choosing Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah/Midtown: Other
The only complaint was the room was next to a hospitality suite and they rented it out till 0100 hrs and the halls did not get quiet untill 0130 which is way to late. I believe this is a management problem and I would not stay there untill corrected.
