I liked the "little things," such as a list of TV channels, so we don't have to guess or run through every channel to find what we're looking for; I am a woman, so I liked the magnifying mirror that I could plug in and use wherever I wanted (on the desk); complimentary bottled water. VERY comfortable bed and linens.

The one "little thing" we could not tolerate was the "little" room. Wow. We've stayed in larger rooms in Manhattan and Paris, which are known for TINY rooms. The standard room here is no luxury. Barely enough room to walk around the bed.

We had an issue with our lock. We had to come down the elevator 3 times until finally maintenance got us into our room. ( this was after we returned from dinner) Since we were in town for 1 night as long as we could exit and were safe inside we did not need a room change. The maintenance man showed us how to deal with the low battery and was pleasant. At checkout there was no mention of the inconvenience by the staff. An apology would have been appreciated. We would recommend, but with reservations. Our problem was somewhat dealt with, but should never have caused so many trips to the I Pads. This was a major negative!

We had a great stay, the room was great, the service was outstanding and the food was to me as good as a 4 star place.

Wonderful breakfast in the morning.

I really don't like the booby-trapped mini-bars that automatically charge to your room if you accidentally move something.
