Love that it includes such a wonderful breakfast.

Comfy beds. Salt water pool. Great Breakfast.

Loved the decor of the room, and the staff were very friendly. Cucumber water at breakfast was the finishing touch.

The swimming pool area was a little run down. grout peeling off the bottom of the hot tub, and area not as clean as the rest.

Arrived to get my key and to continue my shopping. At that time I asked if the pool and hot tub were working. Last 2 times I stayed the entire pool and tub were shut down, even after I "phoned" in my request and asked if they were working. This time the receptionist in the afternoon said Yes its all good ---only our restaurant is not available. Your continental breakfast should be up and running in the morning. (which it wasn't) We had brought our daughter who we had not seen in about a year with us. We were all looking forward to a pool and relax in the hottub. So we went down and the water was cold in the hottub no towels at the door and so we went to the front desk. They said they knew nothing of it. Then they admitted it has been a problem for a long time. I then said you should not lie about it. I came for a "hot" tub. Last time this happened as well!! And once before Xmas as well!!So we went back to our room and debated whether we should move to another motel. This was our third stay without pool/tub working and being told it was.At 7:05 the next morning I called down to see if they had it fixed. The female receptionist said its not hot but warm and should be ok to use. So we prepared to go down and when we got there we checked the tub to find it was ice cold. We went back to the receptionist and told her giving inaccurate information is wrong. This will probably my last stay there. I stay there about once a month becuase I am a OSSTF (teacher union pres). I am going to the Sault again on April 5th but have not booked yet. Burnt once ....ok....burnt twice.....angry......burnt three times...........I doubt it,,,,,,,,,,and will and have passed on my anger to the union who books all rooms at this hotel and others who frequent this motel from our community. Disgruntled customer......

Me gustó el tamaño de la habitación, así como todas las comodidades (microondas, nevera, etc.) El tamaño era cómodo para el número de personas en la habitación y las instalaciones eran un requisito teniendo en cuenta que era un niño que en la habitación.

Por desgracia, la limpieza de la habitación era un problema ya que no había encontrado el pelo en la almohada que no pertenecían a ninguno de los invitados en la sala. El desayuno continental se encontró que no atractivo en tanto la frescura y la preparación de la comida. El precio de la habitación era exorbitante teniendo en cuenta la insatisfacción anteriormente mencionado.

Me sorprendió gratamente y disfruté de mi estancia de una noche completamente. Las renovaciones que se realizaron, tanto en el vestíbulo y las zonas comunes y en mi habitación, eran bastante buen gusto y hermosa. Mi habitación era un refugio de comodidad!. Nada más que cosas buenas que decir sobre el lugar y el personal!.
