Shuttle service very efficient & friendly to & from the airport. Could leave my vehicle in parking lot while away for the weekend. No extra charge.
Room too close to the elevators so it was noisy due to late guests arriving to 7th floor.

The renovation that occurred since my last stay looks great. Addition of the Starbucks is a handy feature.
I requested a receipt upon my departure and the girl at the checkout desk said I would have received one by e-mail. I would have preferred to have a receipt printed out as per my request.

The Inn was very accomodating to the large number of hunters staying there.
The hotel shuttle rides to the airport seem very disorganized. Consider to vans shuttling to the airport during key departures (i.e. Sundays in November)

Availability of early check in
staff were friendly and helpful
Hotel is very outdated. Some of the fixtures, wall treatments were coming away from the wall, as was the tub surround. Bathroom ventilation indequate. Rugs badly stained. Adequate for short stay, but price not justified in quality.
