The cleanliness, comfort and location of the hotel.
Most of the staff were very helpful. Improvements are recommended with a few. For example, the issue regarding meal vouchers was not explained clearly or satisfactorially in my opinion.

Room had N excellent view over the river. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The service and staff and food in the restaurant was excellent.
The Internet connection was on and off, and at times difficult to access.

Quick service at check in. Parking is inconvenient because you must enter the tunnel to register then you must go through the tunnel and go back onto the street then drive around the block again to re-enter the property before you can park in the garage or underground parking. You do not dare to back up from the tunnel because too many people are milling around the doorways! This is a dangerous situation. Plus very inconvenient.
The restaurant service is in need of more English first language so our order is taken with understanding of what we want to eat and how we want it done. The wait time was too long for a meal.
