No complaint about comfort cleanliness value for money or staff service.
Very difficult to find, no directions given, very frustrating after a long day on the road. Directions on booking confirmation would be an improvement. Repairs needed to bathroom.

I chose mr bed saran because it was close to the motorway. it was as i expected of a hotel in this price range and star rating. i did like the ease of booking in with the automated system. i arrived a day early at 01:00 and was able to self checkin for a night sleep, un-planned. thank you. next morning, your staff were pleasant and very helpful, especially with local knowledge. thank you again.

The bed was horrible, large pit in the middle. At midnight there was much uproar by a thundering row of some guests, nobody did something about honor. Early at breakfast and even though you had to book breakfast in advance and pay was no more bread. There were no croissants. The wifi internet did not.

Good quality bed.
My code opened the door but not that of my room the smell of stale tobacco was very uncomfortable when entering it. (202) 202 + code name did not open my internet! The heat is overwhelming in the room and not possible to open a window because of traffic noise (+ industrial area near the highway). Pillows too soft.
