Hotel Palacio del Mar

Nice hotel with spacious rooms for families. Staff friendly but could not speak a word of English which would be expected with this price tag and the clients it targets. Restaurant had good food and set menu was reasonably priced. Very close to lovely beach, but far from town so shops and restaurant options limited. We had a couple of issues like carpet in front of our room was wet, but no warning signs or apology (I nearly slipped as I stepped into our room), ordered 2 glasses that never came, and balcony door couldn't open. Again, minor issues but things we would expect from a more expensive hotel. Overall experience was however positive.

In general we were satisfied. The hotel from the outside makes a little run-down impression. The view is not intoxicating. Retrieved from "Palacio del Mar" can be no question. The sea was only a short distance. Was very good restaurant with good value food and friendly service.

The site is not the best course. Batanta engeneral but correct. Quality price is right (subject to contract through bookings with time).

Super satisfied with both the hotel and with the treatment received by staff. Apparently much better than through the Internet, and that that there already seemed great. No doubt in my next visit back to the same hotel Santander.

We loved how this hotel accomidated our larger family size. Everything was very clean. Upon our check-in, when we were not excited about a room without a pretty view, they quickly moved us to a better one.

Very outdated, in need of refurnishing stuck in atime warp, more like 3star, the suites are more like a hotel complex in club med 18-30 holiday,poor beds, very small.Location is far from restaurants, very overpriced hotel, very dissapointed.
