My wife and I were generally satisfied. The only thing that needs attention is the selection of staff in reception and BellBoys.
It is a very beautiful and elegant hotel, worthy of the city of Santander.Las rooms are nice and comfortable.
The buttons, more than 50 years, never responded to the greeting of Good Morning. The ladies at the reception, never had a care. They never did talk to ask how we were going, nor offered a tip for walking in the town. They are ignorant of the spirit of service and courtesy to customers. When we arrived at 22:00 pm and tired of traveling by car, who had not received the car and luggage.
