The Sandman is a very old Motel, and we have stayed there in the past. The staff was always great, even when it was past it's prime. But now it has been completely remodeled and is as good or better than some of the more expensive hotels in the area! I would recommend it, and we will stay there again.

Just the friendly staff and quick registration!
We were booked on a noisy side. Kids running all over.

Newly renovated rooms with super comfy beds, very clean and obviously newish furnishings
They were power washing the walkway outside our room one of the mornings we were trying to sleep in and jack hammering concrete below us...

I liked how clean and friendly the hotel was.I was very happy to see a coffee pot in the room.Breakfast was ok,it did smell like burning oil.I think that was one of the guest that caused the smell making a pancake.My room was quiet.The pool was open and I saw 2 grown ups enjoying the jacuzzi.Those were nice choices to have .I stayed 2 nights and slept very well.The bed was excellent and great on my back.

I was able to check in earlier than the regular check in time. Room was in a quiet location and clean.
