This was our fourth stay at Hotel La Rose. We have been happy using this as our base for antiquing in the general area.
Staff is very nice and helpful, accommodations are to our liking especially in the new building across the street, having a balcony.
We have problems with the internet service from the start - 4 years ago. And sadly it has not improved.
The Rose connection MUST be eliminated as our computers and cell phones head to it as it was the preferred network at one time. We had to stop and reconnect to the HotelLaRose site eveerytime we turned on. Very frustrating!!!
Can you do something about getting rid of the Rose????

Very good staff, interesting area with shops, restaurants, etc. Liked the historical building. Very nice accommodations, would stay there again.
If you want to be downtown Santa Rosa, this is a bit too far to walk. It was also a bit more than I was hoping to spend, but you definitely got value for the price.

Small and quiet. Very home like feel.
There were some issues with the water. There was no hot water. Although the hotel was responsive, it was still an inconvenience.

There's a lot of activity on the street at night which can be unnerving. It's a little steep for my pocketbook, given the size of the room I had.

Charming room. Walking distance to restraunts and mall. Friendly staff Even supplied umbrella for the rain!
Tv way to small for a modern hotel. The on site restaurant closed. Not so fun on a rainy day

We appreciated the location, close to,an early minding doctor's appointment and within walking distance to many restaurants, parking was easily available and included in the price of our room, which was very reasonably priced itself. Adequate breakfast included. Clean room. Comfortable bed. We'll be back.
