Main reason for choosing Insotel Punta Prima Resort & Spa - All Inclusive: Location
Nice rooms, wonderful place, unqualified staff (especially in the restaurants and bars), partialy very doubtful food
Swimmingpools, location, rooms
Kitchen (breakfast and dinner) was extremly monotone. It's not worth a 5 star rating. In addtion, the managment should decide if they want to be a tourists resort, or a place for congresses (FRAMESI). Both together do not work.
We also missed the professional sportive animation for kids and adolescents (16 years). We were traveling with 2 ohter families and all of us would not return until the management of this organisation has changed!
