Very nice hotel to stay.Clean,and very helpfull staff!

Room was clean. bed was firm

1) Front staff 45 min check in despite all reservations confirmed. Poor English language control. NON FUNCTIONAL AIRCONDITION- room extremely hot. Had to open window fighting mosquitoes and traffic noise all day. You have to be a local to find the hotel by car... And if you were a local????

Ja,warum dürfen Kinder unter 12 Jahre auch nicht in Begleitung von Erwachsene das Schwimmbad benutzen? Das Personal an der Reception soll etwas freundlicher und hilfsbereiter sein. Es wäre gut wenn die, ausser Englich auch andere Sprachen lernen würden. Sonstige Personal kann nur Spanisch,sehr schade.

The room was hot when we arrived and we immediately opened the window to let some cooler air in. This was about 23.00 hrs. We could not get the air conditioning to work so rang reception who sent and extremely rude and offensive man to get it going. He shouted that it was essential to have the window shut for it to work. We would have done this if there had been instructions in the room. In the UK, Air conditioning in houses is almost unknown whereas visitors from other hotter countries will know this automatically. The fault obviously was ours for not knowing how it worked but the man needs to attend a "customer care" course
