This was our second time staying, and we had a wonderful time. Our room was so cute, cozy. The water park was clean, and the actual park is awesome. arcade was fun, and our kids loved the dance party in the lobby in the evening. We will be back again!
We wished that we could have done a late check out. I know that more people were coming, but being a place for children.... and not having somewhere to go and have a quick rest was a big issue for us. We actually left quite a few hours earlier than we would have if we had a room with a check out later than 11am.

We loved the lifeguards to the guy who shoveled us out of our parking spot. Wonderful stay!

Not much because they don't have much for teens and adults, also waited for an hour to get into our room at 4 pm, they didn't have it ready till 5 pm.
Check out is 11am and check in is 4 pm, we got there at 4pm and never got into our room till 5pm.

We got a great rate through hotels one.com, price included the water park and no surprises on what was quoted from the website to what I paid. I saved an easy $100 on a one night stay from the prices quoted at Great Wolfs website. room was clean, water park was very nice, hotel staff was friendly (see what I didn't like) and there was great places to eat near by. The water park was also perfect, they do a great job of measuring the kids before you go in so they know what they can do and the younger kids can do a lot of the big rides because they can go with a parent (double tubes) or a parent can catch them at the bottom, major plus!
The only thing that I was not impressed with was the friendliness of the life guards. They were all well trained and did their jobs, however, just simple courtesy was missing at times.

Staff was very pleasant.
Furniture cushion in front lobby were worn and gave an old feeling. Room pictures were wiped clean but still gave an appearance of being dirty also furniture needed a good cleaning. Also it would be nice to have some place to sit in the game room when watching your children.

Grandkids had a great time at the Water Park on our arrival. The next day we went to Cedar Point, where they continued to have a great time!
